I’m Vicky Dolan, Area Manager, and welcome to Scamps and Champs Tameside!
Although I spent many years working within the care environment, I always had a passion of working with animals especially Dogs. After giving up work to care for my wonderful mum, sadly she passed away and I decided to follow my heart and went to volunteer as a Canine Carer for Dogs Trust. I absolutely loved spending time and walking and interacting with these wonderful dogs. That led to me getting a full time job in the contact centre at Dogs Trust and I learned so much from these guys and now I want to put all my experience into my dream of building a dog walking business with a difference . I welcomed two amazing rescue dogs into my home, Boston who is staffie and Jessie my American bulldog who is deaf and hasn’t been without many challenges due to behaviour but I’m proud to say that through devoting my time into training and working with her daily and learning how to sign commands to her she is now a fantastic, happy dog.
My ultimate goal is to ensure every customer has the satisfaction of knowing that every dog in my care will be treated like they are my own.
