- Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day are charged at double the rate.
- No deposit. Payment is due 30 days before the start of your booking.
- Keys: your first key collection, at the free meet and greet, is free. After that it’s £15 for each repeat collection, or you’re welcome to drop the key off to us.

How often should a cat sitter visit?
At least once a day, every day. We never do every-other-day visits. Your cat is checked on every single day of your booking.
- One visit a day suits many healthy adult cats.
- Two visits a day often suit kittens, older cats, cats on medication and indoor cats.

Cats with medication, older cats and multi-cat homes
Medication
We give tablets and liquid medication, exactly as your vet prescribes. We don’t give injections, including insulin. Tell us about any medication at the meet and greet and we’ll go through it with you. Read our guide to cat medication visits.
Elderly, nervous or special-needs cats
We care for cats of all ages and temperaments, including cats with special needs and medical requirements. Nervous cats are given space and their usual routine. We never force a fuss, and we do what they need quietly.
More than one cat
One visit covers every cat in your home. Prices go up in tiers: £14 for 1–2 cats, £18 for 3–4 and £20 for 5+.
Your keys and your home
- Free first key collection at the meet and greet.
- Kept safe: we keep keys in a locked cabinet.
- Key lock box preferred: if you can, we’d rather you used a key lock box. It’s safer, and it means your cat’s visits can easily be covered if your main sitter is ill.
- Prefer us not to hold a key? We can collect it for each booking for £15, or you can drop it off to us.
- Insured: our insurance includes key cover.
- A lived-in look: we collect the post, rotate the blinds, turn lights on and off and water the plants.

We have 30 years of experience caring for pets, including cats of all ages and temperaments and cats with special needs and medical requirements. Lesley holds a Pet Sitting Certificate and has trained in canine first aid. We’re the ones who visit your cat, and if either of us is ever ill, we’ll arrange cover so your cat’s visits still go ahead.
